closing arguments…
I cannot believe Mr. Eldridge, the attorney for Lemaricus Davidson, starts his closing argument talking about the Boston Tea Party. Are you kidding me? I’m telling you I’m so disappointed in him. He’s pointing out that there was drug use by the victims, which by the way was not proven to be a link between the victims and the defendent. He’s saying that this was brought out by them not to make the victims look bad? Seriously? What a slime ball!
- The phone call made by Ms. Christian showing that they don’t know for sure if she was directed by the defendent or not.
- Voicemail access by Ms. Christian’s phone
- If Newsom was in the cargo area
- No evidence of Mr. Davidson’s actions except phone calls.
- Calling the story the prosecution gave – made up? UNREAL
- …and he just keeps on attacking the victims
What we know is that Mr. Davidson’s past behavior is indicative of his future behavior, but yet we can’t discuss it in court. YET, we can discuss probabilities of what Christian and Newsom’s personal life prior to the murders were. How great is our law system?
Hoping these POS lawyers are run right out of town on a rail- they are not fit to remain in the same community as the family members of the victims of their POS client. We know the perp is purely evil- what is the excuse for their wicked (only word for it) strategy, to defame and further defile these poor young people? They are a type of rapist themselves; hopefully the whole town will shun, avoid and refuse to do further business with them. All they had to do was provide a defense (granted, virtually impossible in this case)- not resort to this, the most slimeball tactic out there. They have disgraced their profession utterly.
That is what defense att do when there is no defense…this guy davidson’s actions were so horrible and the evidence against him soooo great they had no defense i mean hiw stupid you leave the body in your house and your dna all over the victim then on top of davidson talks to homocide detectives thnking he is smarter and more clever then everyone in the state of tenn….his actions were so inhumane he definently deserves the death penalty but they should also profile him on dumbest criminals because he certainly deserves that title..it os great comfort to me that the radical black movement has made him out to be ahero that shows everyone how dumb they are as well
